200 hours of Kundalini Yoga Training + 20 Hours of Hatha Yoga + Alignment Training
Receive an updated and feminine-led version of the kundalini practices through Liya and her team.
Certification Requirements
Complete All 220 Hours
You will need to attend all 220 hours of classroom and home study to pass the course.
If you are unable to attend any of the scheduled classroom hours you will watch the recordings and send us what you learned so we can keep you on track.
Teaching Practicum
You will create a video showcasing you teaching a 60-90 min class. You will also need to create a series of 5 classes that you would take out into the world to teach.
Daily Sadhana (5-7:30 AM Pacific Time)
We’ll rise early and gather online every single day for 2.5 hours of group morning Sadhana. You will learn and practice Long Ek Ong Kars, Sat Kriya, and Shodharshan Chakra Kriya. It will refresh your whole being and give you a new lens on what is possible in your lifetime.
This consistent, daily, and early practice is an essential part of the training. This is one of the best ways to channel your Kundalini energy, shift and heal deep issues in your life, awaken your intuition and superpowers, and harvest the pranic energy of the Sunrise.
*In spring we will start earlier from 4:30-7am PST, to work with the earlier sunrise.
*You are not required to attend ALL sadhanas, but we highly recommend to do as many as possible.
Written Certification Test
At the end of the course, you will take an in-depth, open book written test that you must pass in order to complete your certification.
